Buying from Chillilicious couldn't be easier. Take a browse through our products to view all our food and fused glass products.
Once you have decided what you would like to purchase, click the 'Add
to Cart' button. You can change the quantity of the items once in the
Shopping Cart. There is no minimum or maximum order and once
you have inputted your preferred method of payment and the delivery
details your order will be processed and dispatched.
We promote using the quick, easy and secure online PayPal
service. However, if you do not have a PayPal account you can pay securely by Credit/Debit card. Should you wish to pay by an alternative method that is not offered
to you on the website (ie. Cheque, Postal Order) then please contact us by email or phone and we will help you arrange this transaction.
Secure Packaging:
At Chillilicious, we make sure that your items are packaged safely and securely. However, should there be a problem upon delivery please get in touch with us and we will make it our top priority to sort out a replacement or refund. Returns policy may apply.
Delivery:
Due to the heavy nature of our products we have calculated the best possible quality and affordable delivery charge for you. We dispatch items from Monday to Friday, unfortunately we cannot guarantee you an exact delivery date. We aim to post products within 3-5 days from payment clearing. Should you need an order sooner please contact us prior to ordering for advice on stock and availability of your desired products.

At the moment we have our Checkout Cart set up only for UK buyers. However, we will happily post internationally. Please contact us via email or phone with your order request and we will work out a delivery quote to your chosen destination.

All products pictured on this website have been produced by Chillilicious. This means that you get a clear idea of the products that you are
buying. However, due to colour settings on computers, websites and
camera’s this means that the colour that you see may
differ very slightly from the original. Due to the nature of the creating fused glass it is
impossible to make exact copies, therefore, the item you receive may not
be an exact match to the image on the website. We do try to represent
each item for sale as accurately as possible.
Commissions:
We happily accept commissions for our fused glass products. This can be anything from a product not listed on the site to adjusting an existing product to fit your specific colour requirements. Contact us via email or phone and we will be happy to work out a quote for you.
Returns Policy:
At Chillilicious we want you to be 100% happy with your
purchase. We offer a replacement or refund if an item is returned within 7 days of receipt provided it arrives back to us as well
packaged as it was when sent to you and in a re-saleable condition (unless there was a previously discussed fault/damage). Unfortunately we
cannot refund any postage costs.
