Buying and Shipping
Buying from Chillilicious couldn’t easier. Take a browse through our shop to view all our products. Once you have chosen what you would like to purchase, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. You can also change the quantity of the items once they are in the Shopping Cart.
There is no maximum or minimum order and once you have input your preferred delivery option and payment method your order will be processed and dispatched accordingly.
We accept payments through all major debit/credit cards, Paypal and cheque.

Delivery
We aim to post orders within 3-5 days from payment clearing. Should you need an order sooner please contact us prior to ordering for advice on stock availability. Collection is person is free but don’t forget to get in touch and arrange a collection date.
International delivery times vary from country to country and are affected by customs delays. Therefore, Chillilicious cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders. We also cannot give you any information on possible customs charges that may be applied to parcels upon entering specific international countries.

At Chillilicious, we believe in taking care of the world we
live in, which is why we recycle packaging materials such as boxes, bubble wrap
and air pillows by re-using them. We use a combination of recycled and new
packaging to safely and securely pack your order and encourage you to recycle
the materials we send you also.
We go to great lengths to ensure the safety of your items
however, should there be a problem upon delivery please get in touch and we will
make it our top priority to sort out a replacement or refund. All items sent via
courier are insured for breakages and damages. Returns policy may apply.

All products pictured on this website have been produced by Chillilicious. This means that you get a true representation of the product that you are buying. However, due to adjustable colour and brightness settings on computer screens, colours may vary very slightly from website.
Due to the unique handmade nature of fused glass items, it is impossible to make an exact match to the image of the fused glass products for sale on this website. We do try to represent each item for sale as accurately as possible, but we feel the individuality of each item only adds to its allure and value – no one else in the world will own an exact replica of your item! It is a complete one of a kind.
Commissions
We happily accept fused glass commissions, contact us via email or phone and we will be happy to work out a quote for you.

Returns Policy
At Chillilicious we want you to be 100% happy with your order. We offer a replacement or refund if item is returned to us within 7 days of receipt of order provided the order returns back to us in perfect, and re-sellable condition (unless there was a previously reported fault/damage). Unfortunately we cannot refund any return postage costs.
To return an order, please contact us first to discuss the problem. Then should a return be necessary please re-package securely and send items too:
