For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included, where applicable. Please note that online product prices and delivery are displayed inclusive of any relevant VAT.
Postage costs are based on the weight of the items you have ordered. We do not make money out of the postage costs, you only get charged the cost of posting plus any relevant packaging costs. We aim to get orders fulfilled within 7 working days (generally much faster) from payment received, but especially during the Christmas run up it can take longer, so please be patient and if it is urgent then let us know and we'll do what we can to get it to you in time. Collection When choosing 'collection' as the delivery method please note that the collection days are Friday to Sunday 12noon to 5pm from The Chillilicious Farm Shop, Briery Hall, Teases Mill, Ceres, Fife, KY15 5PR. Our farm shop is closed January to March, during these months please get in touch to arrange a collection date and time. Wholesale We can provide all our own brand items at wholesale. To become a stockist please contact us for a price list. Returns Policy We will accept any order back within 30 days as long as the goods are in the original condition and returned with the original packaging. We must be notified within 48 hours if any items received are damaged. Any complaints or queries that you may have about an order please contact us. Postage and delivery charges are non-refundable.
