Pimento is a refreshing fizzy drink made with ginger, tonic and hot pepper natural flavour. Low in sugar, full of taste and naturally delicious, Pimento is best served ice cold. Like a bit of booze? Try these fun cocktails!
Pimento Storm
• 60ml dark Jamaican rum
• 15ml fresh lime juice
Shake the ingredients (except Pimento) and strain, top up with Pimento to liking and serve over ice. Garnish with a wedge of lime. 

Bloody Ginger Mary
• 60ml vodka
• A spoon of cane sugar
• 2 lime segments squeezed
Stir ingredients together and fill with crushed ice. Top with 50% Pimento, 50% tomato juice

Mexican Chilliberry
• 40ml tequila
• 20ml Cointreau
• 20ml lemon juice
• 10ml sugar syrup
• 30ml Raspberry puree
Stir together and top with Pimento in a hurricane glass

Hot Bomb
• 25ml Jagermeister
• 100ml Pimento
Pour Jagermeister into a shot glass, then the Pimento into a tumbler. Carefully drop the shot glass into the tumbler and down it!
